Ecole Globale International Girls’ School participated in CBSE North Zone – 1 Swimming Competition held at Vidya Global School, Meerut from 11th October to 15th October 2019. It was a hard-fought competition with approximately 800 swimmers from various schools pitting their skills against each other. Swimmers of Ecole Globale bagged a total of 26 medals winning 10 Gold, 12 Silver and 4 Bronze. 14 swimmers were selected for CBSE Nationals to be held from 10 to 16 November 2019 at Bhopal.
The achievements of Ecoliers are as follows- Aalia K Rastogi won 2 Gold and 1 Bronze Medal, Urvi Pansari won 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal, Hazel Garg won 2 Gold and 1 Bronze Medal, Chinar Thapa won 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Medal. Preet Mehta, Anoushka Nahata, Avantika Jhunjhunwala, Pearl Kapoor and Rechelle Bodkha won 1 Gold Medal each in different categories. Tamanna Agrawal won 2 Silver Medals, Srishti Kaushik and Karitika Banka won a Silver Medal each, Siya Zanwar and Manasvi Jadhav won 2 Silver Medals each. Ecolier swimmers displayed their mettle, grit and determination in their wins, making their school proud of their achievements and motivating others to excel in any and all activities.
