Yes and no. Every grade matters in terms of how your teachers and parents evaluate you, but not every grade will determine your future. If you are an eighth grader who has an F in math, it doesn’t mean you can’t be a physicist or mathematician when you grow up. It doesn’t mean that your life is over or that you’re not as smart as your peers.
More likely than not, it means that you need to learn better study habits and spend more time studying for tests and quizzes. So take a deep breath, get some help from a tutor or teacher (if needed), and remember that grades aren’t everything! Just because you don’t get straight

Some students participate in sports, whether they are intramural or competitive. These can also cause stress because there are practices every day after school and games throughout the week that cannot be missed.
Students may feel stressed because of the workload imposed by their schools. They have a lot of pressure to perform well in different types of school activities. It takes time for us to develop our abilities. High expectations sometimes lead to disappointments, and disappointments could cause students to be stressed.
