According to the National Testing Agency, the result of JEE Mains 2020 would be announced on Friday, September 11 2020. The results would be released on the official website, i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The candidates who appeared for the jee main examination held from September 1 to 6 2020 can check and download their respective results from the website.

The National Testing Agency conducted the JEE main examinations from September 1 to 6 2020 in two slots, between 9 am and 12 noon, and 3 pm and 6 pm in across 600 centres.
After successful completion of the exam amidst COVID pandemic, the NTA released the JEE Main 2020 answer key on September 8 in their official website and asked the students to file for objections till September 10, 2020, with the payment of Rs 200 for each objection.
The top 2,50,000 rank holders in JEE Main 2020 will be eligible to appear for jee advanced 2020. These candidates have to clear the minimum cut off in the jee mains to be able to apply to various prestigious engineering institutes such as Indian institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).
Sometime back Union minister Ramesh Pokriyal had announced that the candidates are qualifying to jee main 2020 would not require the mandatory 75 per cent marks in the class 12 board as mandated in the previous years for admission into NITs and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). This is an exemption due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
Further, he said that irrespective of the marks obtained the qualifying applicants would only need to obtain a passing certificate in class 12 examination.
The JEE advanced 2020, or IIT JEE 2020 is an entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission into the top prestigious engineering colleges of India, i.e. IITs. There are 23 IIT colleges across India. The JEE advanced 2020 is scheduled to be conducted on September 27 2020. The registration of the same is expected to begin from September 12 on th official website, jeeadv.ac.in.
