Middle School students crafted birdhouses and bird feeders during activity time. Birdhouses offer a safe haven for vulnerable birds, especially during nesting season, protecting them from predation. Bird feeders provide an opportunity to connect with nature, offering relaxation and reducing stress while aiding parent birds in feeding their chicks. The girls enjoyed the activity and it is through activities like these that the Ecoliers are sensitized towards nature. These birdhouses have now been placed on trees.
