23rd April being the birth anniversary of Shakespeare the School observed the English week from 24th April to 29th April. The school remained immersed in the beauty of the English language through various interesting activities. All through the week the assemblies gave an idiom for the day and were followed by a talk on a host of topics ranging from pop sonnets, tongue twisters, famous literary works etc. The English Debate and English Quiz were no less than gladiatorial contests. The Book Character Day had two girls from each House dress up as their favourite character and present the signature lines for the entire school to enjoy. The School Corridors had Boards giving lots of interesting information about various aspects of language and the girls could be seen glued to them. The highlight of the week was the launch of the School song composed by Ms Pratiksha Chhetri.
