Faculty Development is a major area of thrust for all Ecole teachers. We helped our teachers to upskill themselves by encouraging them to attend workshops in their respective area of interest/ expertise. This is to equip them with the necessary domain knowledge for the Skill Courses that the CBSE has introduced w.e.f Academic Session 23-24. The Special Educator and some teachers also learnt better pedagogical skills for enhancing the outcomes of students with learning difficulty.
