On 16th February, the Academic and Pastoral Staff attended a workshop conducted by eminent educationist Dr Sumer Singh. It was an engaging session wherein he shared valuable insights pertaining to academic transaction, pastoral care, development of soft skills and the community service ventures that can be carried out by students. It was an engaging and interactive session wherein he shared interesting anecdotes from his own experiences across schools in India and abroad. He made valuable suggestions in the domain of experiential learning, strengthening the tutorial system, the need for robust SOPs, imposition of sanctions for cases of indiscipline and alumni relations for school branding. He reminded the staff of their role in character building and urged all to have a transformational impact on the students.
