Transitioning from Holding House to senior hostels is a very significant moment in the life of Ecoliers. Creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere helps to ease the emotions associated with saying goodbye. It’s lovely that the students of Grades IV-VI took the time to honor the outgoing 7th graders with dances, music, awards, and sharing memories.
As titles were awarded and trivia shared, memories came flooding back – the inside jokes, the late-night escapades, and several moments of shared experiences. Of course amidst all the laughter and bonhomie a few tears were also shed as the girls reminisced the time spent together.
We are sure the bonds formed and the memories created will last a lifetime.
