On Sunday, 13th November students of Classes VIII-XII attended a talk on Women’s Health and Menstrual Hygiene by Dr Sujata Sanjay, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. Dr Sujata is an India Book Record Holder and the recipient of the prestigious ‘100 WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD’. She spoke about maintaining proper hygiene, the myths and superstitions around menstruation, PCOS and proper diet. In the Q&A round the girls asked a number of questions to clear their doubts. It was a truly educative session.
